POSTPONEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Our priority is the health and safety of the conference attendees, our Associates, speakers and sponsors. After careful consideration, and in light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments, we are postponing the NLDC to June 2021. Rescheduling the nearly 500-attendee event will enable us to provide the experience that everyone expects and deserves in a safe environment.

We realize that you may have questions regarding your registration. We are in the process of refunding registration fees. To help answer any other questions about our postponement, please see a list of Frequently Asked Questions below.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can my registration be transferred to the 2021 conference?
We can’t wait to welcome you back to NLDC in 2021! We are still planning the details for the rescheduled 2021 conference and will be refunding all 2020 registration fees at this time. Watch your email and the NLDC’s social channels for updates on the rescheduled date. If that date works for you, you will follow the prompts to complete your registration.

2. How will registration refunds be given?
Registration will be refunded back to organizations and/or individuals back through the original source of payment when possible. There may be some restrictions with large group purchases, in that case, a check will be cut and processed and sent to the billing address on your registration. If you have not received a refund, please be patient. Registrants/Companies who paid by check will be refunded via physical check to the billing address provided. The goal is for all refunds to be completed within the next month.

3. Will my hotel reservation be cancelled?
Reservations for the NLDC have been automatically cancelled. If you made reservations at another property outside of Grand Casino Hinckley, you must cancel with the property directly and you may be subject to fees from that property.

4. I have already made my travel arrangements. What do I do about these tickets or fees?
Please refer to the airline carrier and/or train ticket policies regarding any cancellation fees associated with your flight. NLDC is not responsible, nor can we inter-or supersede any policies or practices of transportation authorities.

5. As a corporate exhibitor or sponsor, what happens to my exhibit or sponsorship fees?
Your sponsorship fees can be refunded or transferred to the 2021 NLDC. If you select a refund, you will receive a full refund for your sponsorship fees within a month. If you wish to transfer to the 2021 NLDC, your NLDC representative will reach out to discuss sponsorship options. NLDC will honor your sponsorship costs for the 2021 year.
